Ostensibly and ‘Office’, I have never thought of it in these terms. I write best in anything but a Study. It has served as an extra room, and due to the location, provides a quality of experience akin to being in the country. One is unaware of the city, there is nothing but birdsong, wind in the trees. I miss this special space, which was, for me, the best room.
